BLOOD

 2020

The inspiration for this picture book comes from menstruation and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

When women menstruate, they not only have to endure the stickiness caused by a large amount of blood from their lower body, but the estrogen also affects various aspects of their body. PMS, also known as premenstrual syndrome, is a condition where women experience headaches, irritability, mood swings, and other discomforts during this special period.

In daily life, these pains and discomforts are often easily overlooked or considered something that should be tolerated.

The picture book lists aspects that can make people feel sad and the inconveniences faced in society, with the aim of raising awareness and fostering mutual understanding.
